Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. Ed. in measurement and evaluation from Montreal University. She is currently doing her Ph.D. in Measurement and Evaluation also at Montreal University in collaboration with HEC Montreal. She also hold a BSC Biotechnology at University of Sherbrooke. Melissa’s current research is focusing on training program evaluation, how we can measure informal learning and how it’s related to organizational effectiveness. She is accumulating experience in multiple program evaluations and impact studies. Ses recherches actuelles portent sur l’impact de l’apprentissage informel dans le maintien des compétences professionnelles. Elle accumule de l’expérience dans l’évaluation de programmes, d’études d’impact et d’instrumentation dans l’évaluation des compétences.
